Mabudo is carrying out construction for a Swedish investor!

In Akersberga, approximately 30 km from Stockholm, Mabudo is building two modern villas with a usable area of 250 and 260 m2 and two detached garages using prefabrication technology.

These are buildings in a modernist style: simple form, flat roof and anthracite façade made using RECKLI “California” matrices – all surrounded by wild, raw vegetation typical of the region.

The entire project is being carried out to a high standard. Starting with foundation slabs using Swedish LEGALETT technology with a built-in heating system, through three-layer, energy-saving reinforced concrete walls, to interior finishes that will provide visual continuity with the architectural character of the building.

The plot of land on which we are erecting the buildings required us to use the blasting method due to its rocky base. This is a typical operation in the southeastern region of Sweden, which allows for leveling the ground for the foundation.

The assembly of the first wall is the moment when the first transports of prefabricated elements arrive at the construction site.

See what the process of building walls with Mabudo looks like. It is a quick and at the same time very precise process, as you can see in the film.

Mabudo prefabrication technology allows for a shorter time needed to erect a structure compared to traditional construction methods. The final result is a solid, modern structure that meets the investor’s expectations and adapts to modern construction standards.
