In Zduńska Wola, right next to the MABUDO factory, stands a house built on the MAB110 design. It was built using the same concrete prefabrication technology we use for our investors' projects across Poland – from the same structural elements, following the same process. We regularly open its doors during our Open Day, inviting anyone interested in building a house with this technology to see it in practice.

The Open Day is a recurring event where you can see how prefabrication translates into the building itself – wall durability, the precision of joints, acoustics, proportions, and how the space is laid out. It's a chance to see the result of a process that starts at the factory in Zduńska Wola and ends with a finished house on the investor's plot.

What does a MABUDO Open Day look like?

The format is simple: you look, you ask, you evaluate. Guests arrive at the MAB110 show house, look around the space, check the details, and ask questions. Every conversation is different, because every investor is at a different stage – some already have a plot and a design, others are still comparing technologies, and others just want to see a prefab house "in person" before making a decision.

The MAB110 show house isn't fully finished – it was built to PLUS standard, and we did that on purpose. During the Open Day, the focus is the concrete prefabrication technology itself: the walls, the joints, the proportions, how the installations are routed, and how the construction is organized. The interior finish can be changed however you like – the technology can't.

Comparing assumptions with reality

During the Open Day in Zduńska Wola you can check the build quality of a house made with prefab technology, talk about costs and the scope of our construction packages, discuss your specific plot, and ask the questions that only come up once you're standing inside the finished building.

Most of the value comes from the conversations. Our advisors, Izabela Frątczak and Renata Sikorska, say the first few minutes are spent intensely looking around: investors touch the walls, examine the joints between prefabricated elements, and comment on the solidity of the structure and the sense of stability that's hard to convey in a rendering. Only afterward do very specific questions start – about wall thickness, on-site assembly, and the production and construction schedule – and the conversation shifts from looking to planning.

As Renata Sikorska puts it, investors most often "get" what prefabrication is about the moment they learn that the MAB110 show house was built to the same standard and through the same process as the houses built for clients – it's not a simplified version of the technology, but its full application. The most common questions concern how construction is organized (who's responsible for what, what the schedule looks like) and the cost structure – not "how much does a house cost," but what exactly is included in a given package.

Can't make it to Zduńska Wola? We also talk online

For people who can't attend in person, we hold individual online meetings with MABUDO advisors. During such a call we go through the concrete prefabrication technology, the construction process, the house configurator, and the scope of our packages, as well as your specific plot. Investors from outside the Łódź region especially value this option.

The Open Day is in high demand, so every edition runs on a registration basis. We don't run it as a mass event – we want calm, individual conversations and enough time for every investor. The number of spots is limited, and taking part requires booking a time slot in advance.
