MABUDO Rapid® system brings efficiency by merging innovative processes with offsite technology.

MABUDO Rapid ® is a fast track construction system suited to multi story residential projects such as apartment buildings, student accommodation, hotels, offices and, last but not least, homes.

THE FIRST STEP OF THE PROCESS in the MABUDO Rapid ® system is when architect, offsite manufacturer and builder start working together as a one team to design the building. The design process is optimised for the factory produced elements; this approach eliminates later errors and maximises the speed of construction.

THE SECOND STEP is the actual production of the designed elements. MABUDO Technology main component is structural load bearing wall, that comes in two versions:

  • MABUDO Robust® sandwich type panel wall, combines 3 leaf panels with the two external leaves made of reinforced concrete with the middle leaf being a layer of insulation. The product used for larger multifamily buildings.
  • MABUDO Eco ® 2 leaf panel wall with the one external leaf made of reinforced concrete, and the middle leaf being a layer of insulation and internal structure to support dry wall panels. The predominate product for single family buildings.

MABUDO RAPID® complete structural solution comprise of:

  • MABUDO structural walls
  • MABUDO Robust® walls,
  • MABUDO Eco® walls,
  • Prefab ceilings- ’filigree reinforced concrete’/ steel/ wooden,

Mabudo walls – the basis of the entire system

MABUDO ROBUST®

These are fully integrated wall panels consisting of three layers. Two of them are external surfaces made of reinforced concrete, which are divided by an internal insulating layer. Ready-made walls constructed in this way are the main competitor to elements made using the traditional method of hollow bricks, concrete blocks or bricks. They are ideal for multi-storey construction when erecting apartment buildings, offices, hotels, etc.

Both Mabudo ROBUST® and Mabudo ECO® are high quality products with common features:

Fully integrated, durable wall structure, manufactured in the MABUDO factory near Łódź (Zduńska Wola), which is then assembled on site. These walls are manufactured in a full range of sizes depending on the required thermal conditions and structural design assumptions. According to them, individual layers (including insulation) can have different thicknesses.
MABUDO ROBUST® walls have built-in structural channels for electrical, gas, water and sewage installations (ideal for repetitive multi-storey buildings), while MABUDO ECO® walls provide flexible freedom in this respect – appreciated especially in individual construction.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

  • Full range of traditional and modern exterior finishing claddings. The specific finishing pattern agreed with the customer is implemented in the factory and delivered with the walls.
  • The Mabudo finishing cladding offer is constantly being expanded in line with customer requirements, climate characteristics and the geography of the region in which a given house is being built – all in order to meet the specific needs of the markets in which we operate.

STAIRS AND LANDINGS

MABUDO stairs and landings can be produced together or separately depending on the project requirement and are supplied with a high degree of dimensional accuracy and finish. We do use both steel and timber custom-made moulds. Stairs are produced together with landings, or separately, depending on the project requirement.

CEILINGS’ OPTIONS

  • reinforced concrete floor slab (also called filigree slab) is designed in reinforcement concrete and cast a 70mm thick concrete slab
  • posi-joist type (reinforced concrete top, Z-shape steel element, timber support for drywall) flooring panels, ideal solution for single family buildings

TIMBER FRAME PREFABRICATED ROOF

Yes, we are also experts in prefabricated roof structures. We produce our roofs of Swedish well-seasoned timber, in the factory-controlled conditions, using computer controlled saws, press and MiTek® connectors.

Roof in the large pieces is then transferred by lorry to the site, then assembled in a short period of time compared to the traditional way.

We apply this product in the single-family buildings, warehouses and farm buildings.

MABUDO made roofs is a modern carpentry with no waste on the site.

MABUDO ROBUST®
– SANDWICH PANELS

Product core information:

  • MABUDO technology main product component suitable for larger building. 
  • panels combine an internal structural reinforced concrete leaf with a layer of insulation and an external reinforced concrete leaf.
  • panel walls are great alternative to the traditional cavity wall system.
