This Privacy Policy defines the basic principles for the protection of personal data, as well as the rules for storing and using Cookies for users of MABUDO S.A. services and visitors (“User”) to the website www.mabudo.com (“Website”/ “Service”). Additionally, it points out the objectives and rules for using the Service, particularly concerning the contact form.

Personal Data Protection

  2. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, including, in particular, the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2001, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), as well as national regulations adopted in execution of or in connection with the GDPR.
  3. The Administrator processes data provided by Users only to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Service and delivering results within the scope of the Service, such as preparing responses to inquiries. Only the data necessary for the proper provision of services is processed. In addition, while using the Administrator’s services, information about the IP addresses of the Users’ devices and other persons visiting the Website is collected, which is used solely for analyzing and verifying the Website’s operation.

The Service’s pages are equipped with security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law to protect the data under the Administrator’s control from unauthorized access, unlawful processing, loss, damage, or destruction. We are committed to protecting all personal data and information disclosed to us by Users of the Service in accordance with security and confidentiality standards.

Rules for Using the Service

  1. The use of the Service is free of charge and serves the informational and marketing purposes of the Administrator, as well as affiliated and cooperating entities, particularly for the presentation of the scope of activities and the offered products and services. Additionally, the Service allows the User to submit data via a contact form to obtain detailed
    information in the above scope and under the conditions described in this privacy policy.
  2. By using the Service, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  3. Access to the Service does not require additional actions, such as logging in or creating a user account.
  4. All content presented on the Website is the property of the Administrator.
  5. The content presented on the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. Transactions, including the purchase of real estate, cannot be concluded via the Service.
  6. The Administrator reserves the right to change the content of the Service at any time, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the Service. The presented content is for informational purposes, and the Administrator is not responsible for any actions or omissions by the User based on the presented content.

Contact Form

The contact form is an electronic form for submitting inquiries by the User and enabling contact with the Administrator to provide information. Its use requires the provision of personal data, in particular, first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The mandatory scope of this data is indicated directly in the Service.

Providing any personal data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary to receive a response to the inquiry and for the Administrator to contact the User.

By providing an email address in the contact form, the User consents to email contact from the Administrator,
specifically:

  • Consent to receive commercial information regarding products and services offered by the Administrator via email, in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
  • Consent to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes via email by the Administrator, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR and the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

By providing a phone number in the contact form, the User consents to phone contact by the Administrator, particularly to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes via phone calls by the Administrator in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR and the Telecommunications Act of July 16, 2004 (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended).

By sending a message, the User confirms that they are of legal age and are providing their own personal data. The Administrator is not responsible for any violation of third-party rights resulting from the content of the message or the disclosure of another person’s personal data.

Cookies Policy

  1. The Service does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in Cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, particularly text files, that are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for the use of the Service’s websites. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, the storage duration on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the website operator, URBA Projekt MABUDO S.A.
