What the service is
mabudo.com is a service provided at a distance through a website. It lets you:
- browse the catalogue of house designs with descriptions, floor plans, design and construction package prices, and compare designs,
- configure a chosen house in the configurator and save the configuration,
- send an enquiry using the contact form, the house selection advisor or the configurator form, and request a call-back,
- buy a house design: the Product is four paper copies of the design (3 copies of the architectural-construction design and 1 copy of the technical design) sent to the address you provide; payment is made on the website of the payment operator Tpay,
- sign up for the newsletter and for the open day.
The rules for concluding and performing the contract are set out in the Terms and Conditions, and the rules for processing personal data in the Privacy and Cookies Policy. Both documents are linked in the footer of every page.
We offer and provide the service exclusively online – it does not require a visit to our premises. Meetings at the office, at the factory in Zduńska Wola or at the open day are not part of this service. If you would like to meet us and need the place or form of the meeting adjusted, write or call – we will arrange it before the meeting.
What you need to use the website
- a device with Internet access and an up-to-date browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript enabled,
- an e-mail address – to buy a design, subscribe to the newsletter and receive a link to your configuration,
- to buy: the recipient's details and the shipping address for the paper copies, and one of the payment methods available at Tpay (BLIK, payment card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, fast bank transfer).
The purchase takes four steps: choosing a design on its page or in the configurator, the order form (variant, details, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions), payment at Tpay, and confirmation by e-mail with the Terms and Conditions attached. Details – §2 of the Terms and Conditions.
The website works with assistive technologies such as screen readers (e.g. NVDA, VoiceOver), zoom and keyboard-only use.
How the website meets accessibility requirements
Our reference point is the requirements of the Act and the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which for websites refers to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA. In particular, the website provides:
- keyboard operation – a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page, a visible focus indicator, menus and dialogs that close with the Escape key and return focus to where they were opened,
- a structure that screen readers understand – one main heading per page, ordered heading levels, a declared page language, the current page and language indicated in the navigation, text alternatives for meaningful images,
- accessible forms – every field has a label; when a form is submitted with an error, focus moves to the first invalid field and the error message is linked to the field,
- readability – text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text), one legible typeface, zoom up to 200% without loss of content and without horizontal page scrolling,
- touch devices – interactive elements are at least 44 pixels in size,
- reduced motion – when reduced motion is enabled in your system, we turn off smooth scrolling, shorten animations and stop autoplaying videos,
- information in text form – price, scope and purchase conditions are given as text, not only in images; we send the Terms and Conditions with the order confirmation as a text (HTML) file that opens in any browser,
- security and payment – payment is made on the Tpay website, and buying requires no login, account or electronic signature; the payment operator is responsible for the accessibility of its website – if you cannot use it, contact us and we will agree another way to pay.
We checked compliance in an assessment completed on 2 September 2026: with automated tests and manually – with the NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers, using the keyboard only, on a phone and a tablet, with zoom up to 200% and in both screen orientations. We repeat the assessment after significant changes to the website, at least once a year.
Known limitations and alternatives
- The configurator and 3D visualisations of houses and walls require sight. The same information – description, floor plans, dimensions, prices and package scope – is given as text on the design page, and the design can be bought without using the configurator. We can also help you choose a configuration by phone or e-mail.
- Highlighted words in large headings use a colour gradient whose lighter part has lower contrast. The heading content is fully available to screen readers and understandable without distinguishing colours.
- Videos with customer testimonials are published on YouTube and play only after you click. If a video has no subtitles, we will send you a transcript on request.
- The map showing the open day location loads after you click; the address is always given as text next to the map.
- Third-party tools – the CookieYes consent banner, the CallPage call-back widget and the Tpay payment website – are provided by their vendors. We have adjusted the consent banner and the widget (button labels, touch target size, keyboard operation); if any of them causes difficulty, contact us by phone or e-mail.
How to report an accessibility problem – complaint
If the website does not meet accessibility requirements, you can submit a complaint to us (Article 35 of the Act). The complaint should include:
- your first name and surname,
- your postal address, e-mail address or phone number – indicating how you prefer to receive the reply,
- the page or function of the website the complaint concerns,
- the accessibility requirement that is not met and a request that it be met; you may also indicate the solution that would suit you best.
You can submit the complaint by e-mail to sprzedaz@mabudo.pl, by phone at +48 662 127 800 or by post to MABUDO S.A., ul. Ceramiczna 8, 98-220 Zduńska Wola, Poland. We will reply in the way you indicate within 30 days of receiving the complaint. In a particularly complex case we will inform you within that time of the reason for the delay and of a new date – no later than 60 days after receiving the complaint.
If you disagree with the reply or do not receive one, you can notify the President of the Management Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) of the failure to meet accessibility requirements (Article 67 of the Act) – in writing, orally or electronically, and also in Polish Sign Language. Attach a copy of the complaint and the reply, or information that you did not receive a reply. The market surveillance authority for e-commerce services is the Polish minister responsible for digital affairs.
