One line of responsibility, a complete set of competencies

MABUDO is responsible for concrete prefabrication, while within the URBA group we combine the competencies needed to carry an investment through: architecture, project preparation, formal coordination, production, assembly, delivery and client support.

This means the client does not have to connect the technology with each construction stage alone. We agree each company's responsibilities before work starts and lead the process through one ordered path.

MABUDO Rapid^®: more work happens in the factory

We produce walls and floors under controlled conditions and assemble ready elements on the plot. This means fewer stages depend on weather and the availability of separate crews.

We have developed layered-wall technology in Zduńska Wola since 1996. The project is prepared for production before it starts, so structural decisions are not moved to the construction site.

We check elements in the factory before transport to limit corrections during assembly.

Envelope and installation parameters are included in the design so the home's energy demand can be calculated.

History

A factory since 1975. Technology developed further

The story begins with the FADOM plant in Zduńska Wola. MABUDO continues and develops the concrete prefabrication operating here.

1975
The birth of FADOM
The FADOM plant is established in Zduńska Wola, where the history of this site begins.
1988
Privatization and a new name
The company changes its name to MABUDO and begins the fully market-driven period of its history, becoming a private enterprise. More precast elements join the product range.
1996
Swedish sandwich technology
MABUDO buys modern Swedish technology for producing SANDWICH walls and assembling them on the construction site, complete with its own set of structural elements. This is where the DNA of MABUDO Rapid® is born.
2000–2015
Innovation and implementation work
Under the guidance of specialists from technical universities, a system for the efficient, failure-free erection of finished buildings from factory-made elements is developed. Highly qualified installation teams are formed.
2016
Opening to the individual market
MABUDO develops its offer for private clients and companies. New designs are prepared for concrete prefabrication.
Now
A modern factory and ecosystem
Production, design, assembly and customer service teams work in Zduńska Wola. MABUDO is part of the URBA group.
