Project description

MAB009 is a large single-storey house with a hipped eaves roof (angle of inclination 30 degrees, with the possibility of modification +/- 5 degrees). The regular shape has been expanded with a two-car garage and arcades, which provide comfort in the entrance area and terrace. The building has the possibility of adapting the attic and obtaining additional storage space.

On approx. 190 m2, depending on the arrangement, 4 or 5 rooms have been designed, divided into night and day zones, which guarantees comfort for both household members and guests. Exit to the terrace is planned directly from the dining room and kitchen. Large terrace windows along the entire height illuminate the living room, and the fireplace (available in one variant) adds a homely atmosphere. The interior of the house can be practically arranged: pantry, wardrobes, also a separate room for the heat pump have been designed with the comfort of even a large family in mind.

The building is energy efficient. The building area of ​​263 m2 allows it to be located on a plot with minimum dimensions of 26.93m x 23.38m.
