Project description
MAB007 is a medium-sized house with unique architecture. The classic shape with a hipped roof with eaves (angle of inclination 30 degrees with the possibility of modification +/- 5 degrees) is broken by a bay window with glazing along the entire height and a terrace in the arcade. Bay windows allow for lighting of the interior, but also give an interesting character to both the facade and the interior.
On over 100 m2 you can arrange 4 bedrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace. A pantry, wardrobes, a room for a heat pump will allow for optimal use of storage space. The standard design also provides for an attic (17 m2), thanks to which the investor – without having to make changes – can freely organize this area, e.g. by installing technical devices (ventilation unit). Additionally, the division into day and night zones and two bathrooms is a solution that gives comfort and a sense of privacy to both household members and guests.
The energy-efficient house, with a building area of 130.90 m2, is intended for a plot of minimum dimensions 23.81 m x 17.5 m. It is possible to purchase a mirror image version.
