Each house project has a designed underfloor heating. In the house we install low-temperature, surface (underfloor) central heating, supplied with heating water, with weather-dependent parameters of 38/30 oC in the split air heat pump system. The heat pump is both for central heating purposes and is also equipped with a capacitive heater for the preparation of domestic hot water and for ensuring the circulation of hot water in the building.
Yes, in the case of choosing the MABUDO FINISH range. We insulate houses with mineral wool in the ceiling 20 cm, 22 cm or 25 cm thick in the roof slope 20 cm or 25 cm thick, the thickness depends on the location of the recuperator and the purpose of the attic. When recalculating, it is possible to change the type of insulation from mineral wool to PUR foam.
Of course. The contract can be signed for the scope of Mabudo Start (open shell), Mabudo Plus (closed shell) or Finish (developer state).
We do not separate individual elements from ranges.
The exception are the foundations, which can be made by yourself when choosing each range.
After signing the agreement, Mabudo has up to 90 business days to start work. The 90-day period is dependent on the advance payment in accordance with the agreement.
