Technologies
for your development

You don't pick a system – you pick the goal of the investment. Based on the geometry, standard, budget, and schedule, we recommend the technology that best fits the project. In each of them, the delivery responsibility stays with us.

Three walls,
one methodology

ECO, ROBUST and CLASSIC differ in insulation layout, facade finish and service routing. We select them to meet the requirements of each design.

MABUDO ECO

A wall with a concrete facade and insulation on the inside. A 36.25 cm two-layer wall: an outer reinforced-concrete layer that doubles as the facade, plus integrated insulation with a timber substructure ready for drywall. Shell construction with a finished facade – no separate insulation and facade stages.

MABUDO ROBUST

A wall with concrete on both sides of the insulation. A 38 cm three-layer wall: 14 cm load-bearing concrete, 18 cm graphite EPS 031 and 6 cm facade concrete. The standard variant has U = 0.164 W/m²K. The concrete facade can be smooth or textured in the mould; its finish is specified in the design.

MABUDO CLASSIC

A wall with external insulation and a rendered facade. A 14 cm load-bearing reinforced-concrete layer and 18 cm of graphite EPS 031, finished externally with thin-coat render. No additional concrete facade layer; inside, thin-coat plaster ready for a skim coat.

UCUBER 3D

Prefabrication
in three dimensions

We complement 2D precast walls with UCUBER volumetric modules. Complete modules are manufactured in the factory, transported and assembled on site. Their fit-out and furnishing scope is tailored to each development.

2D and 3D prefabrication · HYBRID

Walls and modules,
one design

How HYBRID works
  • ECO, ROBUST or CLASSIC precast walls – wall layout and technology are selected to meet structural, insulation and facade requirements.
  • UCUBER 3D modules where a ready-made function matters: bathrooms, back-of-house, repeatable units.
  • One process and one responsibility – design, production, and assembly on a single schedule.
Who it's for
  • Precast walls and volumetric modules in one development. Combining 2D prefabrication (ECO, ROBUST or CLASSIC) with UCUBER modules. Wall and module layouts, their connections and the fit-out scope are tailored to the design and coordinated in one production and assembly schedule.
  • Fit-out scope defined in the design – we agree which work takes place in the factory and which takes place on site.
Offsite → onsite

Technology doesn't end
at the wall

The biggest risk in precast isn't in the element itself. It's at the interfaces: design, production, transport, assembly, and trade coordination. We manage that interface as one team.

Design for production

Designing with production, transport, and assembly in mind from the start – before the first element is made.

Logistics without improvisation

Deliveries, the crane, the assembly sequence, and crew availability planned as one process, not separate orders.

One responsibility

We combine technology with contracting, instead of leaving the investor stuck between the designer, the manufacturer, and the site.

Technology selection

Tell us what you're building.
We'll match how

We'll analyze the design, schedule, and expected standard. We'll point you to the technology that best combines speed, cost, durability, and the real constraints of the site.
