We prepare your design for prefabrication just like catalog homes. The walls are made in the factory under controlled conditions, and we set the scope, cost and schedule before production begins.

Design
An architect – yours or ours – designs the house for prefabrication from the start.
Quote
You get a price in the START, PLUS or FINISH package – just like with a catalog house.
Factory
The walls and structure are made in the hall, under controlled, repeatable conditions.
Construction
Walls and roof assembled in about 2 weeks, then work up to the chosen package – at most to developer standard.
When the project has the scale of a residence
Premium residences are handled by URBA SKY – a separate brand of the URBA group. Signature architecture and construction beyond the scope of MABUDO packages, in the same prefabrication technology.
