1 Buy the project

Choose a house design from the catalog, verify the possibility of building a house on the plot of land you have chosen, and then buy the design and obtain a building permit. You can count on our help at each of these stages.
With the purchase of the design, you will receive 4 copies of it. Each design is accompanied by certificates from designers of individual industries regarding professional qualifications and membership in the Professional Chamber for the time of the design’s execution, as well as a declaration that the design was prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and principles of technical knowledge.

ADAPTATION BY A LOCAL ARCHITECT

You will need to have the PZT* and the structural design of the foundations done. If necessary, we offer formal and legal advice. We can help you find the right architect and advise on obtaining a building permit.

3 Leave it to us or finish it your way

You have the open shell condition in just 2 weeks. Your new home has very solid reinforced concrete walls with integrated thermal insulation and a strong roof, all in the highest factory quality. By choosing MABUDO FINISH, you will receive the house from us in a developer condition.
